How does it Work?

Give us your basic information (demographics, allergies, and your insurance).

Tell us about all the medications and supplements you are taking.

We will transfer your prescriptions, synchronize, and organize them is the pill pouches.

Every month we get your package done. We can include your inhalers, creams, or as needed medications depending on your needs. Your medications will be ready for pick up or we can deliver right to your door.

Frequently asked questions

What is the Med Pack?

We package your routine medications, including vitamins and supplements according to the time of day you take them. Each pouch contains all the medication needed for that specific intake time, ie morning, noon, evening, or bedtime.

How much does the Med Pack cost?

It is FREE, you only pay for your copays and cost of over the counter medications.

Do you offer delivery?

Yes, our delivery is FREE for all our patients using the Med Pack.

Can you package my OTCs and vitamins in the Med Pack?

Yes! Any of your over-the-counter vitamins or supplements pills can be packaged with your prescription medications.

What day supply do I get using the Med Pack?

We strongly recommend 30 day supply while using our Med Pack. This helps account for the unforeseen medication changes when appropriate. If your medication regimen is stable, 90 day supply is possible.

What happens if my doctor changes my medicine?

Depending on the specific changes, our pharmacist will help determine the best solution. If the medication change is urgent, we can provide a separate bottle to bridge the time until the next Med Pack is processed. In other rare situations we can repackage your whole Med Pack.

What about my "as needed" medications?

If you take a medicine on "as needed" basis or your dose depends on your current health status, we will separate it from your Med Pack. Examples might include medicines for pain, anxiety, etc.
